We were slightly skeptical when we heard that express were Manchester based and that we wouldn't ever be dealing with someone in person when we purchased this property. However, we found it worked brilliantly! Our agent was amazing, she really worked well on behalf of ourselves and the vendor. She was so friendly as well, it wasn't like talking to a stranger, it was like talking to a friend. A very reassuring characteristic when doing something like this. As we were first time buyers, we we're quite unsure of what to do sometimes but the agent supported us fully. Would seriously consider using Express again if we choose to sell our house.

I must admit I was wary about using a company that ran from a head office in Manchester but after months of contact from them I finally gave in and signed the contract. The service from the moment I spoke with the girl on the first phone call was outstanding and put my mind at easy. My property is now being looked after by john and he is just wonderful. Thank you all your hard work so far. My property is now under offer and I couldn't be more delighted. I just wish I chose you first!!
